How to resolve issue with Wrong display name in Planner

Issue Description: Wrong display name in Planner

Troubleshoot steps:

  1. Sign in to make.powerapps.com.
  2. Go to Apps, then All.
  3. Locate Planner or Project. When you hover over the row, you will see a triangular Play icon. Please click on it.
  4. Go to Resources.
  5. Open the resource account for the affected user (for example, Louis).
  6. Edit the name to the updated value (for example, change Simon to Louis).
  7. Select Save, then Save and Close.
